Class Styles
Rooted in the 6 Principles of Joseph Pilates (breath, concentration, centering, control, precision, and flow), these 50 minute classes will develop core strength, posture and alignment, spinal mobility, and full body strength.
We provide small group Tower and Reformer classes that provide an intimate, safe space for you to explore a contemporary form of movement.
Class Offerings: 50 minute classes with 7 participants in each class.
Reformer 1 & 2
Reformer 1:
The perfect Foundations class. Whether you’re new to Pilates or have been wanting to brush up on your form, this consistent class structure will dive into the Principles of Pilates in a safe yet challenging way. A sliding scale of intensity allows you to expand your practice while honoring your body's needs. Enjoy finding strength through consistency
Recommended: 5-10 classes before Reformer 2

Reformer 2:
A culmination of all the foundations from Reformer 1, in Reformer 2 we will build up from the basics. While progressions and modifications are always available, this is an opportunity to level up your practice with strength and creative contemporary flows. With every full-body class being different from the last, enjoy a holistic class that will reflect the season of movement we are in.
New to Reformer? Start with Reformer 1
Tower 1 & 2
Tower 1:
Explore the fundamentals of Tower (aka the half trapeze Pilates). Adapted from Joseph Pilates’ bed frame with springs, we will combine elements of mat work and use springs to assist or challenge you in every class. The consistent class structure allows you to build confidence and necessary skills to progress in your practice.

Prenatal Safe
Don’t underestimate this class! Seasoned practitioners will find value in this class to elevate their practice
Tower 2:
Deepen your practice with the Tower which will take what you learned from the Reformer and Tower 1 but use a new and different muscular emphasis. Connect and utilize with your full body endurance and find new and deeper spinal mobility and core strength. This unique equipment will assist you in expanding the possibilities of movement, flexibility, and full body strength.

Skills & Jumpboard
Skills:
A unique, workshop style class type that welcomes levels all the way from beginner to advanced. Looking to further your practice to include some advanced movements? Maybe you’re new to Pilates but want to learn the fundamentals to get you to those advanced movements? This is the class for you. A whole class dedicated to a new Pilates skill.
We will warm the body up with a consistent and familiar set up and then offer a range of different progressions and options for that skill. Everyone can benefit from this class–once you master a progression, move on to the next! Our hands on assistance will allow you to have a bit more open of a practice with support when needed.
New to Pilates? Start with a Reformer or Tower 1 class
Jumpboard:
This 50 minute class offer a chance to raise your heart rate through controlled moments of explosive engagement. Our Jumpboard class will act as the perfect foil for our fundamental classes giving you the chance to apply your control and precision in a practical, low-impact way.
We will not only integrate the jumpboard, but also small personal weights to help create opportunities for multiple forms of resistance training.
New to Reformer? Start with a Reformer 1 class
